- Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
- Guest check in is from 3pm and check out is by 10am. There is a surcharge of £10 for early check in or late check out. Please inform us if you require either of these so we can check availability. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
- Cots are available on request at £10 per night
- Dogs are ‘NOT’ allowed in any of our bedrooms. Assistance dogs are permitted on request
- Housekeeping will clean the room daily. If you require clean towels, please leave them in the shower tray and they will be replaced. Any extra towels, refreshments etc that you require, please ask at reception.

GARDEN DOUBLE WITH BALCONY
These spacious and popular rooms all enjoy patio doors which open to the hotels stunning gardens and come with a private parking space and own private entrance.
Each room has access to either a private balcony or the Rose Garden Patio, with garden furniture. The Rose Garden Patio rooms are all on the ground floor and two have an accessible wet room.

Our Family Rooms enjoy their own private entrance with outside seating area and own private car space.
They are spacious rooms and are perfect for families, accommodating up to 4 guests.
All these rooms include a double bed, single bed and further rollaway bed if required.

Our Country house enjoys a prominent position in the hotel grounds.
These spacious double rooms have a seating area within the room and are spread over the ground and two further floors. They all have views of the private gardens which surround the house.
The country house has its own private parking area.

The ‘Bay and the Mews’ are privately located within a pretty bungalow and enjoy a secluded courtyard with garden furniture.
These double sized rooms have a spacious seating area, while the bathrooms with underfloor heating, have a bath and separate shower. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in each room.
These Junior Suites come complete with a private parking space.
SMALL COUNTRY HOUSE DOUBLE
Situated within our Country House, these smaller rooms have a double bed and ensuite shower and/or bath.
The rooms are spread over the first and second floors.
The country house has its own private parking area.
