2025 Theme – Music!
On Saturday September 20th Ulverston will once again come alive with a river of light that will start from four points around the town before converging on County Square to come together in a dazzling display.
£6 Lantern Kits at: Appleseeds, The Market Hall, The Cumbria Way, Croftlands Launderette and The Coronation Hall.
WORKSHOPS – Lantern Workshops at the Coronation Hall: Sat 13th & Sun 14th Sept (2pm-6pm) Mon 15th to Fri 19th (5.30pm – 8.30pm)
THE PARADE – Processions come together at County Square at 8pm on Saturday 20th September.
THE FINALE – Follow the River of Light and music to the Ford Park Fireworks Finale at 9pm.
Lanterns Chair Chris Nelson explains: “The theme of the Festival changes each year and it is always a challenge to come up with something that excites and inspires.
