Had an excellent stay in this amazing hotel . A warm welcome on check in which was quick . The rooms were large and comfortable with balcony and view over the lovely gardens. Everything you needed in the rooms including iron bathrobes etc. Loved everything about this hotel and will return.
A brilliant 3 night stay at Burn How House Garden Hotel. All staff friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Melissa in the restaurant looked after us so well the food is excellent the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. Dinner choice brilliant house menu or a la carte mix and match. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
Had a lovely stay here. Room was very large, warm room with very clean bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities in room also iron and hair dryer. Staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay and we had superb breakfasts. Parking a real bonus just outside the chalet room. Would highly recommend
Booked a dinner, bed and breakfast package at Burn How for my parents. They loved everything about this hotel, the garden room, the breakfast, the restaurant food, the staff. I also found the staff helpful when dealing with my booking from another country/time zone, and not following their usual payment process. The location is also great, being quieter than central Bowness/Windermere, but only a short stroll to the lake or the town centre. My parents say they would love to stay there again, which says it all really.
Six walkers in three twin rooms and everything spot on Lovely friendly staff and really good breakfasts. Rooms clean,warm and comfy. Really handy for Bowness centre. Just to reiterate the staff are a really mixed group from youngsters to slightly less young but all super efficient and welcoming, Well done
Great location, beautiful gardens, excellent breakfast, and lovely, well equipped and clean room with outside space (superior double)! All staff really helpful and friendly. You can catch a lakes area hop on/off bus from the bus stop 7 mins walk away. Also the various boat trip options from the pier. Including self drive mini motor boats Fab for my short break. Will return!
