Staff are absolutely brilliant here. Always there with a smile and very helpful. Food is fabulous and the view from the restaurant across the gardens was beautiful. Bowness was very very busy but this is a peaceful haven away from the crowds.
Fantastic hotel. Some of the most welcoming, happy and friendly staff we have ever come across. The decor and gardens are beautiful. Our room opened out to the beautiful garden which was a real treat in the morning. The breakfast was sublime. Parking space right outside our room is also so convenient and in stark contrast to previous stays elsewhere in bowness. A great walk was recommended and our little one loved finding the secret Burn How inscription en-route which also earns us a free drink when back at the hotel. This hotel is overdelivering on my expectations.. fantastic.
Great location, beautiful gardens, excellent breakfast, and lovely, well equipped and clean room with outside space (superior double)! All staff really helpful and friendly. You can catch a lakes area hop on/off bus from the bus stop 7 mins walk away. Also the various boat trip options from the pier. Including self drive mini motor boats Fab for my short break. Will return!
A brilliant 3 night stay at Burn How House Garden Hotel. All staff friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Melissa in the restaurant looked after us so well the food is excellent the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. Dinner choice brilliant house menu or a la carte mix and match. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
Stayed here for 2 nights with another family friend. Spacious clean rooms, barely 5 min walk from the lake front and esplanade. Space at back of rooms to sit and relax in shared garden space. Well manicured mature gardens all over. Lovely made to order breakfast. Nice staff, always smiling. Each room has allocated parking.
Stayed here for a night a few weeks ago and wow what a fabulous stay. We loved the view from the hotel, the surrounding areas, the breakfast was amazing and the staff were the best, especially Aimee.We’re planning to come back in a few weeks, cannot wait!
