Facilities in the main house include a cosy lounge where you can relax with the papers or sink into a good book. For those who need to keep in touch with the office while away, complimentary wireless internet access is also available.

Relax in the comfort of a room in The Lodge, just across from the main house, or overlook our colourful gardens from a modern chalet style Garden Room.
We also have four ground floor Rose Garden Rooms behind the main house with direct access onto the rose garden patio.
For that special occasion, treat yourself to a few days in the exclusive Mews or Bay Room, or perhaps choose one of the first floor Superior Rose Garden Rooms with four-poster beds and balconies overlooking the rose garden terrace.

The Burn How is passionate about the Lake District Environment. We have partnered with the Lakes Tourism & Conservation Partnership to help finance conservation projects throughout the Lake District.
